Q: What is Short and Sweet Boutique?
A: We're an online women's clothing boutique. We are located in Colorado and currently ship in the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). We stock clothing that is tested for is comfort and how put together you feel while wearing it.

Q: What type of boutique are you?
A:  We're a small startup with minimalistic and boho influenced clothing. Looks and trends that are distinct in their simplicity. Clothing that feels and looks good. 

We carry a small inventory due to our size as a small business, and test out every product for you!

Q: Where do you ship?
A:  We currently ship within the lower United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) but hope to expand our territories soon. We deliver select items in and around our northern Colorado and ship throughout the United States from our warehouse in southern California.  

Q:  How long will it take to receive my order?
A:  My priority is to process your order as soon as possible so you get it as soon as possible. We ship all of our orders from SoCal by Priority or First Class USPS.   Orders may take between 5-7 business days, but we do our best to get them to you quickly. 

Q:  What if my order doesn't fit right?
A: Then return it. In fact, return your order for any reason that you're not satisfied with our products. Just contact us at shortandsweetboutiquellc@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll provide a refund. 

Q: What if I have questions before or after my order?
A: Contact us! Text, call or email. Our goal is to respond promptly to your questions or comments. Customer service is important to us so don't hesitate to reach out!
