Refund policy

All purchases can be returned for FREE!

All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label.

Once you have received your order you have 30 days to message us to return your items (shortandsweetboutiquellc@gmail.com). The items can be shipped in any package, it doesn't have to be in its original packaging to be returned.

You will be emailed a free return label for the warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
Free return labels are only available for the 48 continental states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
